    Document Everything

    Take photos and videos of all damage, gather contact information from any other parties involved, collect witness names and statements, and note the date, time, and location of the incident.

    Tip: The more documentation you have, the smoother your claim process will be. If you are not at fault, gather the insurance information from the other party.

    File the Official Claim

    Your carrier will provide an official claim number. Keep this number handy — you'll need it for every interaction. Fill out the required forms accurately and submit all supporting documentation.

    Tip: Never admit fault at the scene. Let your insurance carrier handle liability determinations. Send us the documents if you want us to file the claim for you.

    Work with the Adjuster

    A claims adjuster will be assigned to evaluate the damage. Cooperate fully, provide requested documentation promptly, and keep records of all communications and expenses related to the incident.
